We always use fresh seasonal ingredients and the very best cuts of meat. Our menu is small but tasty, fresh and seasonal. We always serve you the best quality food from our PIER11 kitchen.

Thanks to close partnerships with local producers, you can always look forward to fresh, top-quality ingredients. We rely on seasonal and regional products.
Our crispy fries are made from Bern potatoes, the eggs come from happy chickens from the neighbourhood, and the Swiss-Prime meat comes from animals that have been raised in a natural way with plenty of space to roam.
