Whether it's a freshly prepared Seeblick burger, a crispy Alsatian-style tarte flambée or a hearty platter of regional alpine cheese and dry sausage, the Seeblick restaurant offers a selection of classics that perfectly complement the relaxed holiday atmosphere on Lake Brienz.
Accompanied by a glass of Merlot from Ticino or a Rugenbräu beer from the region, enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the spacious terrace with views of the lake and mountains.

Our cuisine combines enjoyment with responsibility: we use only meat from Switzerland and offer specialities such as the Seeblick platter with regional alpine cheese, raw bacon and dry sausage. We also focus on regionality when it comes to drinks, with beers from the Rugenbräu brewery and apple juice from the surrounding area.
